At the same time, the Bitmain T17+ adopts a fully wrapped body design, so that the machine cables are not exposed.Users can freely choose the placement method to adapt to different mine sizes, and the assembly and disassembly of Bitmain T17+ is also simpler.
Bitmain T17+ need to be inspected before being installed on the rack. Check the appearance of the Bitmain T17+ for traces of violent collision, shake the mining machines to see whether the radiators fall out, and check the appearance of the two fans to see whether they are defaced and deformed. If the product is damaged, it needs repairing and testing before installing on the rack.
Check whether the cables (fans, 6-pin power supply, and operation board) are properly and firmly inserted, and ensure that the 6-pin cable of operation board power supply is inserted in the wrong direction. Do not omit to insert the 6-pin power cable into the control panel, or it will cause the operation board to be burnt and scrapped, and the power cable reversely inserted into the control panel will also cause the control board to be burned. Looseness and reverse insertion may result in burnout. Power cable and socket should not be too loose, which may easily cause poor contact, and attention should be paid when purchasing socket and power cable.
The Bitmain T17+ has two power inputs, only by connecting those two power supply sockets simultaneously can the Bitmain T17+ run. When the Bitmain T17+ is powered off, be sure to power off all power inputs.
When installing the fans, pay attention not to inversely install the front and rear fans, and the air outlet direction of the fans must be backward.
If the Bitmain T17+ installed on the rack encounter a very low temperature, it should avoid starting directly at low temperature and need to start preheating. The Bitmain T17+ can be placed in the area of 25℃ ambient temperature (such as hot air area at the mining farm) for reheating before installing them on the rack. The drier the preheating area is better. Preheating in a place with high humidity is impermissible; otherwise the water vapor in the mining machines could cause the failure of the mining machines.
In case of unexpected disrupted network when the mining machines are in operation, it will cause automatic shutdown protection, which will affect the service life of the mining machines. When the duration of network disruption exceeds 15 minutes, you should power off the mine machines. In terms of network connectivity, it is best to have a backup switch that can be quickly reconnected when the network is disrupted.
In general, it is very important to maintain a stable power supply and network environment in order to guarantee the mining revenue from mining machines and prolong the service life of mining machines.
